The responsibilities
- Create project estimates, schedules, resource projections and allocation plans interacting with Technical Managers.- Identify and streamline the tasks into multiple teams on a regular basis interacting with teams in USA.- Identify Software Development process and methodologies and implement them. Perform review on a regular basis to ensure that processes are followed.- Track project status on a weekly basis participating in status meetings and report- Identify and evaluate risks, dependencies and assumptions made during the project coarse and work strategies to ensure that timelines are met.- Perform Gap Analysis on a regular basis and ensure that team’s performance is to the potential performance level.- Track Hardware/Software resources and ensure efficient usage- Perform Project retrospection at each release cycle and identify tasks for improvement.- Perform quarterly review of the goals and assess with performance indicators
